Best of Series

These were my favorite of my past spring series. I think I chose these because the photos that I chose to overlay worked so well together and formed one photo. Also, the colors worked together well.

Spring 3

For my spring series I took multiple photos of the same general scene. I think I like this series the most because of the color variation. Also, I think that the changes in location make these much more successful. My favorite photo is the yellow, white and pink photos looking down at the courtyard.

Spring 2

For this set I looked back to my line photography. These photos worked well together because they all have the same qualities. My favorite photo is the one with the two caution tape overlays because of how well it works together.

Overlaying Photos - Spring Project

For my spring project I decided to overlay my past favorite photos. For some I overlaid a black and white photo over a colored photo. I think that all of these photos turned out successful in a different way.

Continuation of my last set of photos....

For Ruby's recreation I added a png of a dog and edited the contrasts.

Angels photos were close up and detailed, I tried to recreate that by taking a close up photo of her.

For Alex's photo, I tried to edit him to emphasize the texture he showed in his series.

For Isaac's I followed his same light painting, I tried to edit so you could see but I don't think it worked.

For Diego's photo I layered one of the many photos I took of him which gave a really similar look to the photos he took.

For Brian's photo I took an unfocused photo that I left followed the vibe of his photos. I also but it in black and white like his.

Ade's photos required a slower shutter speed and black and white filter.

Maddy took portraits of people looking directly into the camera. She made the subject much more focused which I tried to show.
Maddie did editorial poses, I edited it black and white to copy how she edited her original photos.

Sam's photos had a subject in focus and then a background behind them. I tried to show this through editing an ocean behind him.

Olivia's photos were 60's editorial. I tried to take a photo where the model's nature looked similar.

Nina's photos were difficult to duplicate because they were animals. I tried to use her ideas by photographing her in intense sun and close details similarly to her photos.

Liberty's photos showed a lot of architecture so I tried to show that in the background.

Similarly to Liberty's, Quentins were of chords and buildings with high contrast so I tried to show that.
